She would have to understand what that would mean for her licensing and potential liability, and patient relationships, etc.
You and your wife might want to get in touch with Mark. I'm not saying that's the only way to go - you/she can certainly set up a PMA on your own, I just know (from experience) that it can be a little daunting, and there's a learning curve.
As for accounting, I know that Impact Health will submit tax returns for those who have PMAs with them. And she doesn't have to give up her license in order to have a PMA. But you/she should speak in detail about all of this with Mark, if you want to understand it better.
