“Our problems are not caused by our flawed nature, but by flawed institutions."

The institutions are not flawed. They work as their designers intended them to work.

Thank you for this essay.

We are all products of the society from which we come, and the institutions that mold and shape society. These institutions include the media and educational system. When deviant behaviors are normal in a society, they become normalized in children's minds. If cannibalism is normal in a society, you will be a cannibal.

Sure. But the question is: How does a once-relatively-civilized society become one in which behaviors like cannibalism are normalized? I think you will find that the answer has a great deal to do with pockets of unaccountability.

Yes, 100% agreed.

You are welcome!

Perfect analysis and we'll articulated. Ephesians 6:12-17 reminds us that "We are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the rulers against the authorities against the powers of this dark world against a spiritual hosts of wickedness...". This has become so apparently spiritual. Thank you for speaking light into darkness.
